Good news! Here&#8217;s how to do this using free App Greenlight and some alternative methods as well.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- Not injecting Ads due to No-Ads mode. --><!-- Not injecting Ads due to No-Ads mode. --><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"first-install-appimagelauncher\">\n<p>                        The first installation of Appimagelauncher<br \/>\n               <\/h2>\n<p>We will use an application called Appimagelauncher to install a free app called Greenlight (formerly Xbox XCloud) on the deck. This will allow us to connect to the local Xbox system and use the Microsoft Xbox Cloud Games platform.<\/p>\n<p>To do this, you can take on your steam surface and switch to desktop by pressing the power button at the top of the device and choosing &#8220;Switch To Desktop&#8221;.<\/p>\n<div class=\"body-img landscape \">\n<div class=\"responsive-img  image-expandable  img-article-item\">\n<figure>\n<p>                <img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"750\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"Restart the game mode in desktop mode.\" data-img-url=\"https:\/\/goodwriterz.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/How-to-play-Xbox-games-from-remote-and-Xbox-Cloud.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/goodwriterz.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/How-to-play-Xbox-games-from-remote-and-Xbox-Cloud.jpg?resize=1200%2C750&#038;ssl=1\" style=\"height:auto;max-width:100%\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<\/figure><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>    Once you move your delay to Linux desktop, open Firefox and go to the Github Appimagelauncher page. I have connected a backup keyboard that I had to make writing easier, but you can use the keyboard on the screen by clicking on Steam+X.<\/p>\n<section class=\"emaki-custom-block emaki-custom-tip\">\n<div class=\"emaki-custom tip\" id=\"custom_block_6\">\n<div class=\"custom_block-content tip\">\n<p>Firefox should appear in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen, but if you haven&#8217;t used it before you need to install it using the Discover store. Once the download is complete, go back to the download folder in Dolphin.<\/p>\n<p>Now we need to transfer the Greenlight Appimage file to a new &#8220;App&#8221; folder. The most difficult part is now, and now it&#8217;s time to form green light and add it to steam.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"login-and-add-greenlight-to-steam\">\n<p>                        Log in and add the green light to the steam<br \/>\n               <\/h2>\n<p>You can clean your desktop by closing any windows that still open, including Konsole, Firefox and Dolphin. Now click on the Steam Deck menu icon in the lower left corner of the screen, find the &#8220;Greenight&#8221; application within &#8220;All applications&#8221; or &#8220;Games&#8221; and then run it.<\/p>\n<p>The first thing you will see is a window that invites you to log in with the Microsoft account (xbox). To start, open Steam in desktop mode (there must be a shortcut on the desktop), then use the menu bar at the top of the window to select games&gt; Add an unsheatted game to my library.<\/p>\n<div class=\"body-img landscape \">\n<div class=\"responsive-img  image-expandable  img-article-item\">\n<figure>\n<p>                <img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"750\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"Add a non -shattered game to the library.\" data-img-url=\"https:\/\/goodwriterz.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/1738394213_136_How-to-play-Xbox-games-from-remote-and-Xbox-Cloud.png\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/goodwriterz.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/1738394213_136_How-to-play-Xbox-games-from-remote-and-Xbox-Cloud.png?resize=1200%2C750&#038;ssl=1\" style=\"height:auto;max-width:100%\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<\/figure><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>    In the window that appears, hunted Greenlight and select the square next to it, then click the &#8220;Add specific programs&#8221; button.<\/p>\n<p>From here, click on the library and then look for green light. Click &#8220;COG&#8221; icon and click Properties. Here you can change the name (to something like &#8220;Xbox Remote Play&#8221; or simply get rid of the version number) and add a beautiful icon if you like. To do this, look for the game in your library (you will be on the modest tab) and select it, then use the &#8220;Control Unit Settings&#8221; button (it looks like a mine board) to show the list.<\/p>\n<p>Now select &#8220;Gamepad with Mouse Tracking&#8221; from available layouts (this gives you mouse control to move in the Greenlight interface). Press the &#8220;Run&#8221; button below the application menu to start. Cumin when locally flowing can be surprisingly controlled but will depend on the health of your wireless network. For me, Greenlight is more amazing than playing on iPhone.
